Suspense, Dark Fantasy and Sci-Fi

...And some slipstream and horror thrown in for good measure. I'm Brian Holtz and I love a great story. I've been writing for more than ten years now, exploring alternate universes, travelling out of body and facing horrible things that live in the shadows.What have I learned in all that time? Well, I've learned that readers love when you try to kill off main characters. (Notice that I said TRY) They want to relate to every person in the story. (Notice that I did not say LIKE) And they prefer a satisfying ending. (I didn't say HAPPY, either)

Also I realize that I cannot type, which is a sad thing for a writer. I write everything longhand and my poor wife is left to suffer my scribblings. But, it has worked out sufficiently so far. Luv you, Hon.

Why Darkside Sally? Well back in 1996 the novella Sally's Dark Side was my first fiction project. It's what got me started in writing. So when I needed a catchy name for the website, something people would remember, it was perfect. Maybe I'll re-work the story and release it as a podiobook one day...
